CRL's 1900A Series Door Louvers are listed with both UL and WHI, and are ideal for installation in 1-3/4" (44.5 mm) thick fire doors. Constructed with a 16 gauge CRS frame with mitered and welded corners, the Z-blade louvers are riveted to the operating bar at 1" (25 mm) intervals. The screws are fastened through the frame into the louver core, which leaves the corridor side of the frame free of fasteners for security purposes. If the spring-loaded fusible link is melted due to fire, the action bar is actuated, which closes and locks the blades.
