We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item. The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping charges. Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging and shipped securely.
In the event of damage during shipment you must contact Home Hardware Solutions within 3 business days of receipt for us to process shipping damage claim with the respective carrier in timely matter. We can be reached at 702-489-3857 or email@example.com.
All shipments shall be checked thoroughly for damage at receiving before accepting and especially before signing on the carrier's delivery paperwork.
We may request photo documentation of damaged item(s) in order to expedite resolution. If the package appears to have been damaged during transit, Customer must retain all packaging, including packing materials and boxes. Upon receiving the results of inspection or upon return of the damaged merchandise, a replacement order will be shipped, or a full refund will be issued to the Customer.
Home Hardware Solutions LLC reserves the right to charge the restocking fee to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. Items returned up to 30 days are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Power tools are NOT available for return or exchange and all sales are final. Power tools are guaranteed by their manufacturers, and any returns for credit due to manufacturing defects or workmanship should be handled through the warranty department of the tool's manufacturer.
