The CRL 3M® Diamond Disc offers significantly longer usage compared to a standard silicon carbide disc. Moreover, the disc maintains consistent edge quality throughout its lifespan due to the slow wear of diamonds compared to silicon carbide. As diamonds cut rather than scratch like sandpaper, less pressure is necessary to remove the same material. Using water will always improve disc life and finish. For best results, provide water using a spray bottle or spray delivery system. If used without water, it is important to wear appropriate dust protection equipment to prevent health hazards.
