Super Spacer® manufactured by CRL Edgetech is the superior choice for creating top-quality insulating glass designs. Crafted from advanced insulating silicone foam, it effectively eliminates condensation at the edge and significantly reduces overall window heat loss. This unique spacer allows for the fabrication of specialized insulating glass designs, including curved and odd-shaped units, sound insulated, and triple-glazed units with art glass inserts.

For long-term durability, UV-resistant silicone material is used to prevent spacer degradation. The flexible foam spacer offers reliable accommodation of glass bowing and thermal movement, ensuring an improved edge seal desiccant. Using a high-performance, multi-layer barrier film, the Super Spacer® reduces moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss.

The rolls are 66' (20.1 m) long, with other colors and bulk rolls available on special orders. 

Note: that Super Spacer® should be used with an edge sealant, and we recommend CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer® Sealant.
