CRL 44NC Neutral Automotive Silicone is a fast-curing, neutral-cure silicone formulated with special adhesion additives. It is specifically designed for use in vehicles to effectively seal and weatherproof, while also providing superior leak-stopping capabilities and shock and vibration cushioning for glass. This one-part formula is easy to dispense and boasts primerless adhesion to a wide range of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, chromium, tin, iron, plastics, rigid PVC, phenolic resin, glass, ceramic, and most reflective-coated glasses.

44NC's non-corrosive nature makes it the ideal choice for sunroof installations on sheet metal roofs. Its rapid cure time and easy tooling make it a perfect fit for various in-house production applications. Once applied and thoroughly set up, 44NC Silicone Sealant retains flexibility for at least 20 years, when correctly applied and used under standard conditions.

All CRL Silicone Sealant cartridges are equipped with innovative Screw-On Nozzles, providing a higher yield per tube. These nozzles, measuring four inches in length and tapered, allow you to effortlessly trim them to the exact bead size you need. For additional nozzles, specify Cat.
