Intended for the tempering industry and designed for use on hot glass during processing, these CRL Shipping Pads are crafted from heavy-duty composition rubber. They feature a unique adhesive that leaves no residue when removed from the glass, offering excellent protection against surface scratches and breakage during transportation or storage. Application is simple: peel from the release paper roll and stick them to the glass. No special equipment, tools, or solvents are needed for removal. Pre-cut pads are available in two options: on rolls of 1,000, in bulk quantities of 5,000 each for the 3/4" (19 mm) size, or 10,000 each for the 1/2" (12.7 mm) size.

Product Warning: While sponge rubber shipping pads may not always be compatible with all mirror backings, it is crucial to consult with the mirror manufacturer before using them to separate mirrors. This ensures that the pads will not burn through the backing or show through from the front of the mirror. For alternative glass protection pads, consider the "CNA" Series Cork, "FGP" Series Felt, or "PNA" Series Pebbled pads. Always test the pad for compatibility with the mirror backing before use.
