CRL Edgetech Super Spacer® is crafted from top-quality insulating silicone foam, offering exceptional performance. This spacer effectively eliminates perimeter edge condensation and substantially reduces overall window heat loss. Its unique design makes it perfect for fabricating specialized insulating glass designs, including curved and odd-shaped units, sound insulating units, and triple-glazed units with art glass inserts.

To ensure long-term durability, UV-resistant silicone material is utilized, preventing spacer degradation. The flexible foam spacer easily accommodates glass bowing and thermal movement. Additionally, it aids in improved edge seal desiccant, while the foam’s permeability allows for fast moisture pick-up. Backed by a high-performance, multi-layer barrier film, the Super Spacer® minimizes moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss.

Please note that Super Spacer® should only be used with an edge sealant. We highly recommend CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer® Sealant.

The rolls are 66 feet (20.1 meters) long and other colors and bulk rolls are available through special orders.
