Product Overview

CRL Edgetech Super Spacer® is crafted from superior insulating silicone foam and is designed to eliminate perimeter edge condensation and substantially reduce overall window heat loss. Its unique design makes it ideal for specialized insulating glass designs, including curved and odd-shaped units, sound-insulating, and triple-glazed units with art glass inserts.

For long-term durability, UV-resistant silicone material is used to prevent spacer degradation, while the flexible foam spacer accommodates glass bowing and thermal movement. Additionally, the Super Spacer® is backed by a high-performance, multi-layer barrier film to reduce moisture vapor transmission and inert gas loss.

Please note that Super Spacer® must be used with an edge sealant. We recommend CRL Hot Melt Butyl or CRL 877 Super Spacer Sealant for optimal performance.

Each roll is 66 feet (20.1 meters) long. Other colors and bulk rolls are available upon special orders.
