The CRL Fixed Panel Support Bars are specifically designed to stabilize fixed panels of glass in enclosures that do not extend all the way to the ceiling. These support bars come in two types: the Wall-to-Glass Bar, featuring a bell-shaped clamping device on the wall side and a solid brass end cap with a swiveling U-shaped receptacle to secure the fixed glass panel, and the Glass-to-Glass Bar, which has solid brass end caps with swiveling U-shaped receptacles on both ends to secure each fixed panel. Additionally, nylon-tipped set screws are included to secure the glass and prevent glass-to-metal contact. These bars can accommodate glass thicknesses ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) and are available in various finishes to match hinges, knobs, and pull handles. They do not require any holes or cut-outs in the glass.

Furthermore, these support bars can be utilized as an alternative to CRL Header Kits to effectively secure fixed panels and ensure safety. They are suitable for use with Monolithic Tempered Glass and can be easily cut to size to accommodate individual configurations without the need for hole drilling.

It's important to note that while brass is durable, it is prone to oxidation. This may result in a tarnished appearance for both brass and brass finishes, regardless of the initial packaging or storage of the hardware.
