The CRL Adjustable Vienna Series represents a significant advancement of the popular Vienna Hinge. It allows adjustment of the door angle (up to 90 degrees) after installation. You simply need to loosen the Allen set screws, position the door at the desired closed angle, and then tighten the Allen screws to achieve a self-centered closed position. The door can swing 90 degrees inward and 90 degrees outward, although adjusting the angle from the factory set position will reduce the 90-degree swing in that direction. For doors pulling outwards only with a clear door jamb, the hinge can be adjusted to close 5 degrees inside the shower area, ensuring a snug closure against the jamb.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Vienna Hinge contains a Reversible Pivot Pin, with one side marked at 90 degrees and the opposite side at 85 degrees. Standard Vienna Hinges come with the 90-degree side activated, while Pre-Set Models come with the Pin pre-set for 85 degrees (offering a 5-degree tighter closure into the shower interior). The Pin can be rotated to activate the other side.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom Pivot Pins are available to accommodate "off-angle" installations. If the standard 5-degree Pivot Pin does not assist in closing the door to the desired position, you may specify the angle needed for a Custom Pivot Pin (up to 45 degrees).
