CRL 1/8" Diamond Router Bits represents the fastest cutting router bit ever offered by us. The innovative design stems from years of engineering expertise in glass routing and has truly revolutionized the industry. When used with our ADR2 or ADR2T Portable Glass Router, it can achieve remarkable speeds of up to 7" (178 mm) per minute while routing in 1/4" (6.35 mm) glass, outpacing our previous bit by more than twofold. The bit's efficiency lies in two coolant "flats" that are ground into the 1/8" (3.17 mm) diameter part of the shaft, allowing for faster material removal and providing room for twice the volume of coolant.

With proper usage, you can expect to get over 50 linear feet of routing per bit, all while the bit costs roughly 50% less than our current router bits. For users of the CRL ADR2, ADR2T, PDR, or Wedge-Lock® Router Systems, we strongly recommend giving this bit a try.
