CRL Saint-Gobain/Norton V2100 Thermalbond® Tape is a highly reliable semi-rigid foam tape with an aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive. This high density tape has a specially formulated cellular substrate and is used as a spacer for joint dimension control in structural silicone glazing systems. It is highly regarded as the top choice for spacer tape for structural silicone systems.

Please note: Thermalbond® V2100 is a dedicated spacer material and is not intended to be a structural component. The adhesive properties cannot be used as part of the permanent fastening system or in any way to reduce the amount of silicone adhesive recommended by the silicone manufacturer. Contact surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned. Be sure to position V2100 carefully, as it cannot be repositioned after initial contact. It may be necessary to prime some surfaces with Norton Tite-R-Bond Adhesion Promoter.
