CRL Saint-Gobain/Norton V2100 Thermalbond® Tape is a semi-rigid foam tape with an aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive. This tape has a high density and a specially formulated cellular substrate. It is utilized as a spacer for controlling joint dimensions in structural silicone glazing systems and is the most commonly used spacer tape for such systems.

• Structural glazing spacer for field and shop glazing
• Ideal for two and four-sided structural silicone glazing systems 
• Chemically compatible with all tested silicones 
• Available in black color

Limitations: Thermalbond® V2100 is a SPACER material and should not be used as a structural component. The adhesive properties should not be used as part of the permanent fastening system or to reduce the amount of silicone adhesive recommended by the silicone manufacturer. It's important to thoroughly clean contact surfaces. Position V2100 carefully, as it cannot be repositioned after initial contact. Priming of some surfaces with Norton Tite-R-Bond Adhesion Promoter may be necessary.
