Product Overview

Our Silicon Carbide Sanding Discs are designed to fit most popular brands of disc sanders, available in diameters of 5", 6", and 7". These discs feature a 100% polyester backing, allowing for both wet and dry use, and are offered in five grits: 60X (Extra Rough), 80X (Rough), 120X (Smooth), 220X (Extra Smooth), and 400X (Fine), packaged with 50 discs per box, with a minimum order quantity of 50 discs of one grit and size.

For glass applications, the most popular grits are:

• 60X: Extra-Rough for fast glass removal (Mitered Edge)
• 80X: Rough for quick contouring (Auto Glass Edge) 
• 120X: Smooth for seaming and polishing (Desk Top Edge) 
• 220X: Extra-Smooth for a fine frosted finish (Glass Shelf Edge) 
• 400X: Extra-Fine for a satin finish (Opaque Edge)
