The CRL Straight Pattern Snips have a wide variety of uses. The jaws have a flat cutting edge to help guide the Snips when making straight cuts. They cut wide curves when trimming light stock. The blade face's inside edge is flat, guiding the tool in a straight line. Also widely used in the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and roofing trades, as well as being a handy tool to keep around the house. These Snips are recommended for cutting cold rolled steel up to 23-gauge (.025") or thinner.
