Product Overview

Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are specifically designed for glass thicknesses ranging from 1/4" up to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) and are available in both zinc and stainless steel options. These clamps are the perfect choice for various applications including partitions, railings, windbreaks, and many other projects.

To securely attach the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8"), it is recommended to use CRL's ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. During installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then use the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece to install the Rivet-Nut.

Product Warning: For interior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel as required when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent glass panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are included with each clamp.

Brass Finish Advisory: Despite its durability, brass is susceptible to oxidation, potentially leading to a tarnished appearance on brass and brass finishes, regardless of the initial packaging or storage conditions.
