Product Overview

Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are specifically designed for glass thicknesses ranging from 1/4" up to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) and are available in both zinc and stainless steel options. These versatile clamps are ideal for a wide range of applications, including partitions, railings, windbreaks, and various other projects.

To securely attach the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8" thick), we recommend using CRL's ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. During installation, be sure to drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then use the Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and the 5/16" Mandrel and Nosepiece to install the Rivet-Nut.

Product Warning: For installations in interior settings, we strongly advise pinning each glass panel as necessary, especially when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge, to prevent any potential slippage. Each clamp includes rubber gaskets and steel pins for this purpose.
