CRL UV701 is a low-viscosity, 100% solids adhesive renowned for its ability to quickly establish robust bonds between materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and various plastics. This adhesive is highly suitable for the efficient production of glass furniture and other applications that demand rapid curing.

The exceptional capillary action of CRL UV701 makes it an excellent choice for bonding glass and tempered glass, particularly in the construction of showcases and glass furniture manufacturing. Its rapid curing time not only ensures strong bonds but also streamlines the production process by minimizing clean-up time.

Bonds created with CRL UV701 exhibit optical clarity, as well as resistance to moisture and yellowing. The adhesive swiftly cures upon exposure to ultraviolet light. Curing time is influenced by UV intensity and adhesive depth, and it's imperative to store the adhesive away from sunlight.

For optimal adhesion, it is recommended to utilize Cleaner and Degreaser to eliminate any dirt and grease on the glass before bonding.

Please be mindful that when bonding plastics, it is prudent to conduct a test, as not all plastics are suitable for bonding. Additionally, this adhesive is not intended for bonding coated parts, such as powder-coated or galvanized surfaces.
