The combination of the Prima Hinge with a U-Clamp at the top of the enclosure enables the installer to securely mount a shower door next to an adjacent 135-degree fixed panel without the need for a header. This can also be achieved at the bottom of the door, or by using a standard PPH01 Model with a separate U-Clamp or U-Channel at the bottom of the panel. The hinge is available in six popular finishes and is specifically engineered for use with 3/8" or 5/16" (10 or 8 mm) thick tempered safety glass.
