CRL M66 is a high-performance, one-part, moisture-curing, gun-grade modified polyurethane sealant that provides exceptional adhesion without the need for a primer on most construction surfaces. It is durable, flexible, and designed for use in moving joints, offering outstanding performance.

This advanced sealant is AAMA approved, VOC compliant (only nine g/L), UV resistant, and non-yellowing. It is specially formulated to outperform traditional VOC solvent polyurethanes for sealing moving joints in concrete, masonry, metal, and other basic perimeter joint applications. It is ideal for securing watertight installations in storefront and curtain wall applications, ensuring excellent adhesion to various surfaces.

CRL M66 is designed for both exterior and interior use and can withstand temperatures ranging from -75°F to 300°F (-59 to 149°C). It also offers a fast cure time and is paintable after only two hours with water-based paints.

The sealant's light grainy texture is particularly popular for matching textured substrates like stucco and masonry, as well as for smoothing metal storefront joints to conceal tooling marks and achieve a seamless finish.

In addition to construction applications, CRL M66 is suitable for various manufacturing uses, such as in the production of travel trailers, mobile homes, and the assembly of galvanized air conditioning ductwork.

Notably, the sealant is eco-friendly, solvent-free, and remains permanently flexible, making it an excellent choice for a wide range of applications.

Please note that CRL M66 should not be applied over damp or contaminated surfaces, and adequate ventilation is necessary during use. It is also not recommended for surfaces with special protective or cosmetic coatings without prior consultation of the manufacturer.
