CRL Patch Fitting Replacement Cover Plate for PH10, PH11, PH20, and PH21

These CRL Replacement Cover Plates for Commercial Patch Fittings are intended as replacement for damaged cover plates on existing installations that have used PH10, PH11, PH20 and PH21 Fittings. These plates also allow the finish to be changed when remodeling without removing the main patch body.
