This Rixson® Center-Hung Pivot Set features a 500 lbs. (227 kg) weight capacity, and can be used on center-hung doors up to 44" x 102" (1.12 x 2.59 m). Double-acting, non-handed Bottom Pivot mounts directly to floor with included fasteners. Sealed bearings for protection against the weather.
