This CRL Router Jig and Template is designed for routing storefront tube for 4-1/2" (114 mm) butt hinges. It has an 1/8" (3.2 mm) hinge backsets. The jig also has a template for cutting tapered slot in tubes for Adams Rite® locks. Works with either four or 4-1/2" (102 or 114 mm) tubes. For backup plates use either Cat. No. MHT4 Flat or Cat. No. MHA4 Recessed Hinge Backup Plate. NOTE:: Use 1/4" (6.4 mm) Router Bit and 5/8" Outside Diameter template guide.
