The CRL TOYO Tap Wheel™ Thick Glass Supercutter Cutter is expertly designed for cutting 1/2" to 3/4" (12 to 19 mm) thick glass. It incorporates Tap Wheel™ Technology, featuring eight cams inside the axle bore of a 153-degree cutting wheel to ensure longer wheel life, deeper, cleaner, and more consistent scoring, leading to improved breakout and better edge quality.

During scoring, you should open the reservoir oil-fill cap at a 1/2" turn to enhance oil flow. When using the cutter for the first time, remember to prime the oil system by depressing the cutting head several times until oil reaches the wheel.
